Six hand-baked biscuits to decorate:

What’s in the box
- 6 biscuits, baked and ready to decorate
- 4 bags of icing
- Detailed step-by-step instructions, with QR codes linking to video clips for those trickier techniques
- A practice sheet, so you can get a feel for the icing before you start on the biscuits
- A scribe, for neat detail work and popping any air bubbles
How it works
Follow the detailed instructions, Scan the QR codes for some extra help, practise your piping on the sheet, then decorate your biscuits one by one. It’s the same experience as a physical workshop, from the comfort of your own kitchen table.
Good to know
- Posted UK-wide, or collection available from Kirkliston.
- The biscuits stay fresh for several weeks but I do recommend eating them sooner rather than later!.
- Icing can settle or separate in the post, so give each bag a gentle massage to re-mix it before you use it (this is also in the instructions). I do recommend storing the icing in the fridge – this can help slow down the separation!

Ingredients
Biscuit: Wheat Flour (wheat flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), icing sugar (cane sugar, maize starch), butter (milk, salt), egg, golden syrup, vanilla extract (water, organic alcohol).
Royal Icing: Meringue powder (wheat starch, modified starch, acidity regulators, dextrose, stabiliser), vanilla extract (water, organic alcohol), food colouring*.
*Colours may include E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E129 and may have an adverse effect on activity & attention in children.
